What We Do

• Pre-Test for Colour Fastness.
• Rake Pile to loosen pile, dirt and grit.
• Probably the most important part of our cleaning procedure: Using a unique method to remove sand, dirt and particle matter (as far as possible).
• Attend to all stains individually.
• Apply cleaning solution.
• Solution worked through pile mechanically.
• Emulsified matter removed.
• Rugs specially dried to return to original texture and softness.
• Rug re-inspected, groomed, deodorised, and ready for delivery.

Note: Stain resistant treatment improves your ability to remove stains, not prevent stains.
