Jute and Sisal

These natural plant fibres are highly absorbent and can easily stain. We use gentle immersion washing and speed drying methods to achieve the best possible outcome while protecting the rug's structure. Please note that some stains may be permanent due to the nature of the fibre.

Rayon or Faux Silk (Viscose)

Viscose rugs are valued for their silk-like appearance but are structurally weak when wet. We use gentle agitation, pH-balanced cleaning solutions and controlled drying techniques to help minimise fibre distortion and maintain the rug's appearance.

Nylon

Nylon is a highly durable fibre commonly used in modern rugs but is prone to staining. We use deep immersion washing methods, agitation and specialised cleaning solutions to remove built-up soil, stains and traffic marks while restoring freshness and appearance.

Polypropylene (Olefin)
